- 1). Soak the egg in ice water for five minutes.
- 2). Tap the wide end of the egg on a hard surface until it cracks the air bubble underneath.
- 3). Place the egg on its broad side on the counter and place your palm directly on top of it.
- 4). Roll the egg forward one full revolution under your palm or until if feels like it flattens slightly.
- 5). Re-submerge the egg in the cool water.
- 6). Slip the shell off by squeezing the thin end of the egg.
