- 1). Wash a ripe but firm peach in cool water. Overly soft peaches don't freeze well. Peel the peach, if desired.
- 2). Cut the peach into ¼ inch thick wedges. Alternatively, cut the peach into ½ inch chunks.
- 3). Dissolve 1 tsp. lemon juice in a bowl of water. Dip the peach slices in the lemon water. The lemon prevents the peaches from discoloring.
- 4). Fill an ice cube tray ¼ full with prepared lemonade. Freeze the lemonade for 30 to 60 minutes, or until solid.
- 5). Remove the tray from the freezer. Place a peach slice or chunk in each cell of the tray, on top the frozen lemonade. Add more lemonade to the tray to fill the ice cube cells.
- 6). Freeze the lemonade and peaches for two to 24 hours. Add the frozen cubes to cold drinks for a lemon and peach flavor.
