- Mac operating systems require Microsoft Entourage. Windows operating systems require Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, or Microsoft Exchange.
- OAB files are a part of your Outlook profile, whereas PAB files run in conjunction with your Outlook profile.
- Find the path of your current PAB file and store it on a floppy disk or thumb drive. Copy the file from storage media to the desired location on the second computer. You can configure Outlook on the second computer to recognize the PAB file.
- By clicking "Tools," then "Email Accounts," you can add a new directory or address book and then add a new Personal Address Book. Browse to select the new PAB file and confirm.
- If you encounter problems with your PAB files, verify that there are no registry errors and that you have a Microsoft-based email program installed on your computer. A system scan can repair PAB association problems.
