- 1). Boil 1 cup of water. Boil the water atop a stove in a tea kettle or pot. Boil it in the microwave in a cup for approximately three minutes. Or run it through an empty coffee pot to immediately warm it to the appropriate temperature.
- 2). Measure 1 tablespoon of mineral chi tonic into a tea cup.
- 3). Pour the cup of hot water into the tea cup with the mineral chi tonic. Stir the mixture gently to mix it together.
- 4). Add one tea bag to the cup and allow it to steep to the desired strength before drinking.
