Lie down on the floor face up and put your fingers together behind your head.

Straighten out your left leg and turn your upper body at the same time to the right by bringing your left elbow in towards your right knee.

Next, switch the movements and repeat it by bringing your right elbow in towards your left knee.

Continue to do this in a repeating "bicycle" motion for approximately 15 reps.

Vertical Leg Crunch 1.
Lie down on the floor face up and extend both legs straight up with knees crossing.
2.
Tighten your abs and lift your shoulders off the floor by pushing your chest toward your feet.
3.
Keep your legs together in position and keep the movement in place.
4.
Lower and repeat for approximately 15 reps.
III.
Long Arm Crunch 1.
Lie down on the floor face up and extend the arms straight out behind your head with your hands together and keep your arms next to your ears.
2.
Contract your abs and lift your shoulders off the floor.
3.
Keep your arms straight do not strain your neck.
4.
Lower and repeat the movements and do approximately 15 reps.
IV.
Reverse Crunch 1.
Lie down on the floor face up and place both hands on the floor or behind your head.
2.
Bring the knees in towards the chest until they're bent to 90 degrees, with feet together or crossed.
3.
Contract your abs and reach your legs up towards the sky.
4.
Lower and repeat for approximately 15 reps.
V.
Full Vertical Crunch 1.
Lie down on the floor face up and extend your legs toward the sky.
2.
Place your hands behind your head and contract your abs and lift your shoulders off the ground.
3.
Press your heels toward the sky at the same time as you lift your shoulders off the ground.
4.
Lower and repeat for approximately 15 reps.
