So if you are wondering, here's the definition: Anxiety attack definition - The sudden onset of intense anxiety, characterized by feelings of intense fear and apprehension and accompanied by palpitations, shortness of breath, sweating and trembling.
A psychological reason is what is very likely the cause of the attacks you're suffering from.
Such cause can range from professional stress to problems with your spouse.
Mild or not, there is always a cause to your attacks.
These things just don't happen for no reason at all.
