In episode 6x1, LA X, Sawyer gets down through the rubble to Juliet where she dies in a very emotional scene. After getting the footage they needed, Elizabeth Mitchell (Juliet) left the island to continue shooting V.
All seemed well, until it was discovered that the film was ruined, so Elizabeth Mitchell hopped on a plane and flew back to the island and she and Josh Holloway (Sawyer) went back to that emotional place and reshoot the footage.
