A Wireless Fence Ensures a Doggie"s Safety

As caring and concerned dog owners, it is usually important to give our pets not only the right care but proper training as well.
Efficient training usually starts as early as when the puppy is five or six months old.
Well most dog owners who are kind of busy at work prefer hiring a trainer to do the job instead.
But constant monitoring is a must that only the family members can do.
Good thing 1970's brought the innovation in pet gadgetry called wireless fence.
This very useful device monitors your dog's every bit of movement around the house and yard, at the same time that it is being taught of its boundaries-the basic do's and don'ts.
It works so simple.
A wireless fence includes a transmitter put up at your house's central point.
Switching it on allows the transmitter to emit radio waves around to monitor your pet's activities.
And with an invisible restriction, it is like you are having a containment to keep your dog safe without even having to construct those expensive wooden or metal fences.
Well to make this operation work perfectly, let your doggie wear an electronic collar that is lightweight, waterproof and battery-operated.
This specially designed collar allows the transmitter to detect whenever the dog comes too close to the invisible limits.
If it does, a warning beep goes off and if he aggressively insists, an electric shock mild enough to be safe is sent.
Along with the constant exposure to that monitoring beep and slight shocks, it eventually learns where and where not to go.
Associating the boundary with an invisible gate for the dog also helps.
Say every time it is crossing the front gate, you may take his collar off so no beeping will happen.
Then put it back when he returns.
Therefore at any other time that it tries to cross with his collar on, it will beep to remind him his limitation again.
Soon, with such pattern, it will realize that the gate is closed if he wears the collar and vice versa.
A wireless fence is widely preferred nowadays for its effectiveness and convenience.
Just thinking that it is an "invisible" fence you can have that is harmless yet very efficient in training your dog, you can never go wrong with it.
Now you don't have to worry about your pup's peeing or pooping, or becoming a major disaster-maker at your house or even at the neighborhood.
