We all want to find out how to delay the signs of aging! Turn back the hands of time and stay as young looking as we can for as long as possible!
We all grow older! No one possesses the fountain of youth! We can however look at many options to slow the process.
Start as young as possible. Eat healthily and in moderation:
Fish
Lean meat
Lots of fresh vegetables
Salad
Fruit
You can have cake and chocolate and other treats but try to keep them in check and don't overeat.
Try to take regular exercise. It doesn't have to be much!
Walk to work, if local. Go to the gym, take up cycling, running if you feel like it. Join classes. You can take the less energetic route but still have lots of benefits like yoga and pilates. These are fantastic for your body.
Hobbies can prove valuable exercise: Walking the dog, gardening, even cleaning the house can be beneficial exercise. You don't have to run or cycle miles or spend hours in the gym. Just 20 minutes three times a week is plenty. Obviously if you want to do more that's fine too. There are lots of options so try a few until you find the one or two that you prefer. Not everyone likes the same form of exercise. It doesn't do for us all to be the same does it? If so, we would all be piling into the gym and queuing to get on the equipment, or, the swimming pools would be full to bursting and no one would be able to actually swim!
Look after yourself! A good nights sleep works wonders and is a healing time for your skin and body. Ensure you cleanse and moisturise well and use good quality products.
There are lots of products on the market each professing to be the best. It's all down to personal choice.
There is also cosmetic surgery: face lifts, brow lift, tummy tuck, breast enhancement or reduction, nose jobs etc. Plus botox and fillers.
You can colour your hair to cover the grey and keep your natural colour or a different colour if you prefer. Pink is very popular at the moment.
Or, You could discover the benefits of Aloe Vera to help fight the signs of anti aging.
This fabulous plant is all natural, no herbicides, pesticides or insecticides. Organically grown - just pure goodness! You have to choose the best products though and not imitations or lesser quality.
