Why Should You Go Vegetarian

Many people give ethical reasoning to go vegetarian.
We all know how meat industry works and how animals are treated.
Pigs, Cows, and chickens live in poor and stressful conditions.
Many vegetarian people even refuse to have anything that comes from animals including eggs, milk, fur, or wool.
On the other hand, many vegetarians don't eat meat or met products, but have not problem in drinking milk or eating eggs.
Then, there are people, who hate to hurt animals but have no problem in consuming dairy products provided they come from organic farms where animals are treated well.
The second reason for choosing to be vegetarian is for dietary reasons.
Some people hate meat products for their taste and don't consume it for health reasons.
Do you know that meat products from non-organic farms contain harmful preservatives and hormones which can interfere with your health? In fact, cows are given hormones in order to increase the milk and meat production.
The third reason to go vegetarian is for the sake of environment.
The meat production increases pollution and contributes to global warming as it releases CO2 in the air.
Do you know the food given to the cattle can feed billions of hungry people across the globe? In addition, if you eat less meat products, it helps you control weight.
Though many vegetarians give different reasons to go vegetarian, but later they adapt to this habit.
Many nutrition experts believe that vegetarianism is a healthy choice.
It affects you in more than one way.
Not only it helps you maintain good health, but it also allows you to live less expensively.
You will be more considerate to animals and make an environment friendly choice.
