Do You Have a Problem With Vitamin Deficiency?

Vitamins are greatly needed for the correct work of the body, our organs, functions, and ultimately our lives depend on them.
That's why when we don't get enough vitamins, we start suffering the dreaded symptoms of a lack of them.
There are as many deficiencies as there are vitamins, each one named with a letter for instant recognition.
Some letters contain sub-vitamins which are part of the same family, like for example vitamin B (B6, B12, B5), but they are usually treated as a whole.
The best way to prevent a deficiency is to get a healthy lifestyle and follow a proper nutrition, that's why they are mostly common in undeveloped countries with malnutrition problems.
However, not all vitamins are acquired through food, one example is vitamin D.
Vitamin D is acquired thanks to sun exposure.
We tend to believe that Sun is harmful - thanks to the press and doctors, however we need the rays of the Sun in our skin, of course without excessive exposure that may cause burning and cancer problems.
The symptoms of a vitamin deficiency will vary according the type of deficiency you are suffering from, it would be a good idea to get online on a specialized website and find about the different types of common symptoms regarding each vitamin.
Among the most common deficiency problems we have deficiencies of vitamin C, D and B12.
And among the people at risk of suffering from them are people with absorption problems, pregnant/breastfeeding women, and small children/infants, who depend on their mothers.
Treatment of this problem will vary according to the severity present.
In most cases simple supplementation or a modified diet can help you recover quite fast, in other cases, a longer treatment is needed.
