Drinking Antioxidant Juice to Stay Healthy

Antioxidant juice can be a great way to get more antioxidants in your diet if you do not drink wine or have fresh fruit readily available.
There have been a lot of research conducted on the health benefits of antioxidants and they are actually very beneficial to your health as well as having anti-aging properties.
Oxidation occurs when electrons from molecules transfer to something called an oxidizing agent which forms a free radical.
High levels of free radicals can damage your cells, and free radicals are what cause wrinkles and other aging signs.
These also can cause cell damage in the body which can lead to many diseases including cancer.
Antioxidants are important because they stop the oxidation process.
However humans do not naturally produce antioxidants, we need to consume them and get our them from other sources.
The best sources are from darkly colored red and black fruits, as well as green tea and wine.
However getting these high antioxidant fruits, such as raspberries, blue berries, goji berries, maqui berries, pomegranates and acai berries is just not possible in many parts of the world.
Instead it is possible to get the required nutrients from these fruit in the form of juice.
There are many antioxidant juices available and even more research is being done on their beneficial properties.
Some other juices that have high antioxidants include cherry juice, prune juice, apricot juice, camu camu berry, aronia juice, bilberry juice, passion fruit juice, cranberry juice, kiwi fruit and more.
There are even blends of juice to create a highly potent and beneficial nutritional supplement.
Besides having anti aging properties, antioxidant juices can help with heart disease and cancer.
They also provide a lot of energy and can detoxify your system.
