Aside from the personal touch you extend to your employees, employees’ motivation could also be done by giving some talks on building up the company or the team rather than just building oneself. Make employees feel that they are part of the bigger picture and that the failure of one becomes the failure of all. That way, each would be motivated to do the task assigned to him with care.
