- 1). Open the rear jeep door. Locate the two black mounts next to the wheel well. They should have holes on the tops.
- 2). Locate the small posts on the sides of the jeep rear seat that have cotter pins. Remove the cotter pin from one of the posts.
- 3). Place the seat into the jeep through the rear. Insert the post that does not have the cotter pin into the mounting tab first. Then put the other post through the hole on the opposite side. Be careful to prevent the first post from falling out of the mounting tab. Replace the cotter pin on the seat post to keep the seat in place. You have now installed the rear seat in your Jeep Sahara.
