- 1). Put all your gold jewelry together. Decide which bracelets, necklaces, rings, pins, earrings and other jewelry you want to sell.
- 2). Find a jeweler that buys gold or a business that specializes in buying gold. Check the phone book or search the Internet for gold dealers in your area, or search the Internet for online gold dealers.
- 3). Bring your gold to the gold dealer's or mail it in if you're working with an online gold dealer. Ask the gold dealer for a special mailing package. Send the gold by certified mail and have the shipping or postal service insure it. Expect to be paid based on the purity/karat of the gold, the current price of gold and what the dealer offers.
