Home Therapy For Cellulite - 12 Tips That Work

In the fight against cellulite, the best way to go is the home therapy way.
The following tips have been tested and found to work for many people.
  1. The first is massage with grounded coffee: done immediately when you wake up, this therapy involves rubbing your skin with ground coffee.
    Caffeine is in fact one of the active ingredients that make up many skin creams.
    The effect is accrued from the coffee seed oil which leaves your skin appearance improved.
  2. Cut down the amount of food.
    The point is not to starve yourself.
    In fact, this is just en-route to getting yourself an alternative diet.
  3. Generally, avoid food at any other time other than your appointed meal time.
    This helps to get your system into a regular programme.
  4. High-fibre foods are a jewel.
    The advantages of high fibre diet come two folds.
    Firstly, your digestion of the same food is perfect and any other semi-digested matter in the guts is forced out of your system when these fibrous foods are taken.
    Secondly, fibre in food makes that particular food even more filling.
    This means that your tendency to keep biting dies down and you can stay longer in between meals.
    That is a big up for cellulite patients since food intake is central to fat problems.
  5. Small helpings should be the way to go.
    Do not top your plate even when eating out.
    You will be surprised that your body can actually do with so much less food.
    The point again is not to starve.
  6. Raw salads should be dressed with spices.
    It not only adds flavour, it ensures that any fatty elements in the salads are countered by some measure of these herbs that make your circulation better.
    Try the green dhania, and lemon.
    Peppers are also superb for circulation.
  7. Stay away from meats with lots of fat or those that are processed, ghee and butter, rich deserts, confenctionery, snacks that you buy fried and ice cream.
    It sounds like giving up on everything that made sense.

  8. Use hydrotherapy.
    Turn your shower on as hot as you can take it for ten seconds and then take it as cold as you can manage for another ten seconds.
    Do this for ten to fifteen minutes and your circulation will be superb.
  9. Eat more salmon and tuna for the omega fats.
    Avoid other fatty fish or chicken.
    Whole milk products should be avoided too.
  10. Exercise regularly.
    Pick a manageable regime and get yourself sweating.
    Besides helping with circulation, you will lose weight this way.
  11. Keep pinching your skin to establish the level of cellulite you are dealing with.
    It will encourage you to know that your therapy is working.
  12. Fluids are the last but most important.
    Take water and fresh fruit juices all the time.
    You can't possibly take an overdose of water.
With these tips, your eating habits and exercise routines should improve.
Cellulite is manageable.
