APC Tank Cheat

• To active the APC tank cheat for "GTA 4," you must play "The Ballad of Gay Tony" expansion pack. "The Ballad of Gay Tony" is available as either downloadable expansion pack or as a part of the "Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stores" compilation disc. Once you have loaded the game, start a new game or resume a saved one.
  
  

Apply Cheat

• Once in control of Luis, exit the building into the outside area. Press "Up" on the directional pad twice to reveal Luis' cell phone and keypad. Dial the number 272-555-8265to spawn the APC tank. The tank will be created in the street in front of you. As long as you park the tank in a parking area near one of Luis' residences, the APC will be available to use for the rest of the game.
  
  

How to Use

• Approach the tank. Press the "Triangle" button to enter the tank. Once inside the tank, press and hold the "R2" button to accelerate. Use the left analog stick to steer the tank, and use the right analog stick to aim the turret. Press and hold the "L1" button to fire the turret. Press "X" or "R1" button to apply brake. Once the tank is stopped, press the "Triangle" to exit the vehicle.
  
  

Restore Tank's Health

• Sometimes the tank will sustain damage because of crashing into vehicles and surroundings, or being hit with gunfire. If the tank receives enough damage, it will catch fire and explode. To restore the tank, access the phone's keypad and dial 362-555-0100. The tank will be restored to its regular health, and Luis will receive health and armor.
