- 1). Trace the rocking horse cookie cutter shape or the rocking horse template onto the back side of your paper.
- 2). Cut out the rocking horse shape and flip it over onto another piece of paper. Trace this to create a mirror image stencil of the first rocking horse you made. Cut out the second rocking horse shape.
- 3). Place the two rocking horses back to back to ensure they are properly matched. Trim away any excess and glue the two horses with their backs facing together. Decorate or color the rocking horse as you like.
- 4). Place the ornament onto the laminate sheet and cover according to the instructions. Cut the ornament out of the laminate sheet.
- 5). Use the hole punch and punch a hole at the top of the ornament. Be sure to leave enough space to prevent the hole from tearing through the edge of the paper. Insert an ornament hanger and enjoy.
