- 1). Call your airline or hotel, or use their online services to check for your reservation.
- 2). Quote your IATA number when you book flights and hotel rooms and you can use it to verify the reservations you have made. Simply type in the IATA number on the online reservation verification form or quote your number when checking via phone.
- 3). Produce your IATA card when boarding your flight or checking in to your hotel room. You need to also know your personal verification number.
