Fitness and Nutrition - Things That Control Our Lives

Nowadays people are more concern about what they eat, how they eat and when to eat than yesteryear when they only thought about those foods which can satisfy their taste buds.
As the people's concern about overall well being of their body is increasing, wellness industry has been also developing rapidly and there is now no scope to differentiate between the healthy living and that of the effect of fitness and nutrition.
Unlike other animals, human beings have taste buds to taste different types of food and it is their basic instinct to satisfy their taste buds.
But at the same time they will also have to consider their nutritional values as well.
To maintain a healthy body and the weight under control, you should be cautious about the vitamin levels, minerals and calorie content of each food before consuming them.
If you want to reduce your weight, take suggestions from an experienced nutritionist and this should be your first priority before starting any fitness regime.
We know that the metabolism rate is the rate at which our body burns fat.
Fats tend to deposits to one's body if the metabolism rate decreases.
To help your body to burn more fat, you should also take food in small quantity at a time instead of taking three large meals on each day.
Again, according to the health experts your body will not able to sustain only on small and occasional nutritional meals, it should also be stimulated and trained in such a way that the metabolism rate tends to increase.
Normal day to day activities, a brief walking, and moderate exercises can build your body muscles and make your body fit.
Stable and well maintained body is as important as taking nutritional food and this should be maintained from the early stage of your life.
At the age of sixty with 100 kg of body weight, your thought of maintaining a healthy body and taking nutritional food will have no effect neither on your body weight nor your overall well being.
At this stage of your life it is basically impossible to stay healthy and fit and it is also not advisable to make a drastic change in your life style.
So think wisely and properly at the very beginning.
Train your children in that way also.
Teach them to avoid junk, unhealthy foods, encourage them to take lots of raw fruits instead of artificial fruit juices, raw or slightly boiled vegetables, white meats such as chicken or fish instead of mutton or red meats, boiled eggs and most important thing is to engage them in plenty of physical activities.
These will certainly make them into healthy individuals in future.
