- 1). Create an image you want to use as an icon using an image editing program such as Microsoft Paint, Gimp or Google's Picasa. You can also use a picture you have on file. For best results, save the image in PNG format.
- 2). Upload the image to a site that converts images to icons, such as ConvertICO, ProDraw or CoolUtils.
- 3). Click "Convert" to make the icon file. Save it to a location easy to identify, such as "My Documents" or your desktop.
- 4). Right-click the "BigFish Game Manager" desktop icon and click "Properties," then click "Change Icon."
- 5). Browse to where your new icon is located, select it, then click "OK."
