• Whole Foods has Culinary Centers located in more than 30 Whole Foods stores nationally. Their instructional kitchens have culinary classes for different ages. Offerings from their centers include interactive cooking classes, demonstration dinners, tastings and workshops conducted by chefs, authors and artisans, along with experts from the stores. The Seasoned Chef Cooking School

• The Seasoned Chef Cooking School has been in operation since 1993. It was rated the top cooking school in 2006 and 2009 by 5280 Magazine Reader's Choice--Top of the Town. The school has been offering classes for beginners to the accomplished chef. General individual classes are three hours long in the evening.
  
  Classes cover basic techniques to cooking food from other countries. Class enrollment is limited so there is plenty of interaction with instructors, and all learning is hands-on. The instructors are focused on helping everyone be more confident in the kitchen, whether to feed their family better or to cook professionally. Samples of the food prepared are provided, along with a recipe packet to re-create the dishes at home.
