Recession brings with itself all major consequences which create mayhem within the economy.
One of the major effects of recession is Inflation.
Recession is a normal (albeit unpleasant) part of the business cycle; however, one-time crisis events can often trigger the onset of a recession.
The global recession of 2008-2009 brought a great amount of attention to the risky investment strategies used by many large financial institutions, along with the truly global nature of the financial system.
Unemployment usually keeps rising well after a recession ends.
Four months after the 2007 downturn ended, unemployment spiked to 10.
1 percent in October 2009, which was the highest in just over a quarter-century.
Unemployment fell for the season from 9.
9 to 9.
7, but mostly because of the drop in people looking for work - nearly half of the unemployed were looking for work for more than six months.
Unemployment claims are running well above expectations, and recently hit a six month high.
The four-week average of initial claims rose 14,250 to 473,500 this week.
Employers are finding cheap labor abroad and many traditional jobs are being eliminated.
You need to be in the constant lookout for jobs and keep learning new vocational skills.
Employers are encouraged to contact the state with your interest in providing work slots for unemployed workers who will be paid with federal stimulus funds through the Way to Work program.
Many people now are turning to the internet as an alternative way to make a living.
There are some really big advantages to working online, such as no commute to and from work, no boss breathing down your neck, and no co-workers to disagree with.
However, there are also a few disadvantages to working from home as well.
Some of these are Loneliness.
You have no co-workers around to keep you company so it can become a little lonely working by yourself.
Another problem working online is that you are self-employed and get paid by commission, so you do not receive a regular paycheck as you do working on a fixed salary.
So you will have to budget your money closely.
When you make a lot of money quickly at times you must save it for lean times.
All in all working online is to me at least is the best way to make a living that exists because you can work when and where you want.
You have freedom to make as much money as you want.
You are only limited by how much work you are willing to put into it.
