For instance, Macromedia's EULA specifically says: "Education Versions may not be used for, or distributed to any party for, any commercial purpose." I don't see how it's enforceable, but that's what it says.
As far as I know, Adobe does not have this exclusion in their EULA, but you should check to be absolutely sure.
