- 1). Insert the key in the ignition and turn the F-250's ignition to the "Acc" position, but do not start the engine.
- 2). Press and hold the two outer buttons on the Homelink pad for roughly 20 seconds. Release the buttons once the light on the Homelink system starts blinking. Do not hold the button for longer than 30 seconds.
- 3). Turn the F-250's ignition "Off" and remove the key.
