The holidays with the family can be a great time and a lot of fun but for many of us it can be tough on our diets. With all the Halloween candy, pumpkin pies, puddings for Thanksgiving, and all those cookies you and Santa have to eat for Christmas it can be hard to keep eating healthy with all those convenient tasty distractions (especially if your grandma makes it).
