Healthy Super Foods and Recipes For Your Family To Lose Weight For The Holidays 2011

The holidays with the family can be a great time and a lot of fun but for many of us it can be tough on our diets. With all the Halloween candy, pumpkin pies, puddings for Thanksgiving, and all those cookies you and Santa have to eat for Christmas it can be hard to keep eating healthy with all those convenient tasty distractions (especially if your grandma makes it). Some so called professionals will suggesting eating "small portions" but we know once we eat a little were going to probably say "well this will be a cheat day" then before you know it you've had 5 in a row.
