- 1). Pat the pork chops with some paper towels and set them on a platter.
- 2). Brush the pork chops generously with plain yogurt using a basting brush. Turn the pork chops over and brush the opposite sides as well.
- 3). Sprinkle salt and pepper over the pork chops and cover the platter with plastic wrap.
- 4). Allow the pork chops to marinate in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours before cooking as usual. The yogurt will not affect the taste of the pork.
