The Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Seattle opened in November 2008. It includes 147 guest rooms, including 13 suites, 36 private residences, a 10,000-plus square foot ballroom/function space, a full-service eight-room spa, a comprehensive fitness center, a rooftop outdoor infinity pool with fire pit and whirlpool, valet parking and round the clock concierge service. ART Restaurant is located inside the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle and it offers fine and casual dining.

Just one block from famed Pike Place Market (go get fresh flowers and produce) and directly across the street from the Seattle Art Museum (SAM); the Four Seasons is located at 99 Union Street in downtown Seattle.
Room Amenities:
Upon your arrival you are welcomed like a movie star by everyone on the staff. Once to your room your luggage is delivered and you are greeted to a welcome card and apple treats. Rooms offer city and/or water views of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains. The closets light up when you open them, there are in-mirror televisions in the bathrooms, plush robes and slippers for lounging in, a mini fridge bar, MP3 connections, iPod docking station, in room safe and more. Take a look at the magnificant artwork in your room and throughout the hotel. The pieces are reproductions of works by local Northwest artists.
ART Restaurant:
ART Restaurant is located inside the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle and it opened in late October 2008. The interior is modern and sculpted with Pacific Northwest woods including floor to ceiling windows that offer breathtaking views of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains on a clear day.
Seattle chef, Kerry Sear, works closely with local organic growers to create artful cuisine choices. And wines are sold by the glass or bottle and offer a taste of the Pacific Northwest.
Private Residences at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle:
There are 36 private residences above the hotel rooms. Residents who live in the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle enjoy 24-hour residential concierge service, valet parking, 24-hour room service and all the hotel amenities. The homes range from 1,300 to 7,500 square feet and run from $2 million to more than $10 million in price. There are a limited number of residences still available. If you want a tour of the model be sure to make an appointment (note: be sure to follow up on your tour date and time as model appointments are sometimes missed).
