- 1). Click on the "Start" or "Windows" button to open the Start Menu.
- 2). Click on "Computer" or "My Computer" located on the right side of the screen.
- 3). Click on "C:\Windows\System32\." Inside that C: drive, select "Macromed Directory."
- 4). Click on "Flash Directory," then right-click on "FlashUtil9b."
- 5). Select the option "Run as Administrator." Click "Continue" in the UAC dialog box. Flash Player Installation Wizard will then open. Follow the Installation Wizard, selecting "Next" at the bottom of each page. When finished, restart your computer and open Adobe.
