Low Fat Omelet to Get Abs Fast

To get abs fast you need to work hard and improve your diet.
One of the main things in a diet is your breakfast.
Do a healthy breakfast with low fat stuff like a Spanish omelet.
Keep it low in fat and more in protein.
This will help you gain strength with out screwing your body shape.
There is a direct relationship between eating and abs.
Your muscle needs a lot protein to help them repair.
Wake up early in the morning and do exercises such as crunches, sit ups, leg ups, and jackknife sit ups.
These are really helpful to get abs fast.
Then keep enough time to a make Spanish omelet.
Let's start with ingredients you need to make a Low-Fat Spanish omelet: 1.
1 large egg 2.
2 large egg whites 3.
1 small tomato - diced 4.
1 green onion - finely chopped 5.
3 black olives - sliced 6.
2 Tablespoons fat-free or low-fat shredded cheddar cheese 7.
1 Tablespoon canned green chili peppers - diced 8.
2 teaspoons olive oil 9.
1/8 teaspoon salt 10.
1/8 teaspoon black pepper Take a bowl and add egg, egg whites, salt and pepper together.
Then heat the frying pan at medium high heat.
Add olive oil and swirl pan to coat bottom and sides.
Add beaten eggs and shake pan to spread mixture across entire bottom.
Cook for around thirty five to forty seconds.
Cook for about 30 second.
Then add tomato, onion, pepper and cheese over one side of the omelet.
Carefully fold the other side of the omelet over the fillings.
Continue cooking for at least 4 to 5 minutes.
Then transfer it from pan to plate.
Drink green tea with it as it will helps in digestion process.
After breakfast and before lunch eat fruits especially bananas or salad and drink water too.
Exercises will not be helpful without eating.
So diet should not be ignored.
Burn fat to remove tummy and help you get abs fast and then only you can get cuts.
