How Do I Pay Bills With NCB Online Banking?

    • 1). Go to NCB's online banking log-in site. A link is available in the Resources section.

    • 2). Enter your user identification number and your password. Click the "Log in" button. This will take you to the online banking interface.

    • 3). Select "Bill Payment" from the menu that runs across the top of the screen. It is located next to "Account Access."

    • 4). Follow the prompts to add a new bill. Enter the name of the company, as well as your account number and password for that website. For example, if you are setting up your water bill payment, enter the name of the water bill company, your account number and your password for accessing your account online.

    • 5). Repeat with each bill you want to add. The online bill-pay service will use your log-in info to collect due date information.

    • 6). Select the bank account you want to link to your bill payments. When you log back in to pay your bills, a small "Pay Your Bills" link will appear under the account you have linked to your bills. Click the link to make payments.
