- 1). Browse to PowerPointtoDVD.net and download the PowerPoint to DVD Converter software. After you've downloaded it to your computer, double-click the file to launch the installer. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software on your computer.
- 2). Open PowerPoint to DVD Converter and then click the "Import" button in the upper left corner of the window. Browse to the PowerPoint presentation that you want to include on the DVD. You can put up to 12 presentations on one DVD. Add them in the sequence you want them to play.
- 3). Click "Customize" under the preview of the presentation if you want to adjust the slide transition times or the thumbnail for that presentation.
- 4). Click the "Options" button at the top of the window. Select "Create a Standard DVD" or "Create a High Definition DVD." Select either the 4:3 aspect ratio or the widescreen 16:9 size.
- 5). Click the "Menu" button at the top of the window and click on one of the templates to create a menu for your DVD. Click "Music" at the top of the window and then select a music file on your computer as a background for the slides.
- 6). Click the "Burn DVD" button at the top right -- insert a blank DVD in the DVD drive of your computer, if you haven't already -- and then click "Start." Wait for the process to complete and the software to indicate that you can safely eject the disc.
