Five Foods to Lower Bad Cholesterol Naturally

Not to belabor the obvious but eliminating or at least reducing the amount of high fat junk food we eat helps strengthen our heart and keeps us healthier.
I know its so easy to grab a burger or a slice while on the go but the effects add up over time causing a multitude of problems down the line.
Actually there are other benefits than just heart health and cholesterol reduction.
Healthy eating can also improve the skin, your eyesight and help lower the chance of a stroke.
Eating more fruits and vegetables can also reduce the risks of heart attacks and strokes.
So without further ado here is my list of five foods to lower bad cholesterol naturally.
1: Kiwi Fruit - These little gems contain about the same amount of potassium as bananas, and also contain 1.
5 times the daily level of Vitamin C.
They are also abundantly full of Vitamins A and E, and their seeds can be crushed to make oil, which is very rich in Alfa-Linoleic Acid (an important Omega-3 essential fatty acid).
2: Avocados - they have over 15 beneficial vitamins and minerals, among them fiber, potassium, Vitamin E, B-Complex Vitamins and folic acid.
They also allow the body to metabolize more fat-soluble vitamins, such as alpha and beta-carotene and lutein, when eaten with other foods.
This is why it is so popular in salads and even on burgers due to their LDL Cholesterol lowering properties.
They also help keep your blood pressure in check.
3: Leafy Green Vegetables - These include kale, spinach, broccoli, lettuce, collard greens and other dark green vegetables.
These are best known for their huge amounts calcium,vitamins and antioxidants.
Another great source of Omega 3 fatty acids 4: Citrus Fruits - Oranges, lemons,grapefruit lime etc.
