Daddy Day Care

In parenting, it is not only the mother who should be involved in raising the kid. It is also important to involve daddy with the work. Mommy deserves to have a break in the middle of house chores and career. It will only be a matter of compromise between husband and wife to make the parenting work easier for them. Talk to daddy regarding your situation if you feel that the pressure is already getting on your nerves. You cannot continue performing your duties if you drain yourself out. Recharge and relax even for a day. Give daddy the floor and let her be the mommy for the day.

Before, fathers are difficult to involve in raising kids. For them, as long as they are providing for the family, everything is going on smoothly. Now, mothers are very fortunate to have an open minded husband who is as involved in raising the kids and making the chores at home. Let daddy bring the kid to the grocery. It is also best if the toddler will see the kind of family he have. If he grows up in the home when parenting is equal, then he will likely to be an ideal dad just like his daddy when he was younger. Let the kid see that it is okay for dad to do the grocery or to cook dinner for the family. Let them have daddy day outs. The security every father provides for the kid is different with the kind of security mommy can give. We cannot articulate the feeling. But the impact is different when the kid knows that daddy is just there to back him up.

There are a lot of activities a kid can do with his dad. It is dad who should bring his kid to the first fishing activity or they can just teach him to ride his first bike around neighborhood. Clean the pool together or bring your puppy to the vet for checkup.

It is very important to let dad do his daddy thing with the kid because it is a way of winning the kid's trust and for making him realize a lot of things about life. The security and comfort that the love of the father can bring to your little tot will serve as his shield in the problems that might come his way as he grows up. It is also important to make the kid know that even when mom is busy, daddy could help him with his homework then tuck him to sleep at night. It will be comforting to any child if both parents serve as teachers in the first years of his life. Both parents should be in sync of whatever they teach their kid, whether it will be about school or about life.

Daddies should be sensitive with the needs of every member of the family. If mom feels tired and wants a day off, take the apron and be in charge. Order a box of pizza or take the kids in the park. Have your daddy day out. You never know what you will learn of this experience.
