How To Get A Strider Bike On Sale

Looking for a strider bike on sale? So was I, ever since I heard about the benefits of giving your child a running bike first to learn how to balance before you provide a conventional bike. Thankfully, I found the best deals online so now my son is enjoying his first ever PREbike from Strider.

The Advantages of No Pedal Running Bikes

When I was little, I learned how to bike the hard way. It literally took me years and lots of scraped ankles to finally learn how to balance. Looking back, I certainly don't want my son to go through the same difficulty when there's actually an easier and safer way. Biking is a basic and a very useful skill so it's good to invest on something that will teach him that skill in just a short time.

We all know that the secret to biking is maintaining balance, but this is usually easier said than done. Kids, you see, are afraid to fall because conventional bikes are too high for them that the moment they lose their balance, they cannot immediately stand on their feet. So there's a simple solution: a small bike with an adjustable seat so kids of any height could use it.

The Idea Behind PREbikes

The first thing you will notice about a Strider bike is that it has no chains, sprockets and pedals. That's because the aim is just to teach balance and coordination so you don't need any of those conventional bike parts. Kids can just straddle and walk or run around on it until they gain confidence to sit down and place their feet on the integrated footrest. They will not be scared to fall as they can easily stand on their feet if they lose their balance. Once they learn how to balance, pedaling can then be quickly learned in a few minutes.

Why A Strider Bike is A Good Investment

Once your child learns how to balance and ready to take the next step to learn how to pedal, that doesn't mean it's the end of the Strider's purpose. Kids have been observed to still spend their playtime with Strider bikes even after the transition to two-wheel pedal bikes. A small amount of money spent from a Strider will save you from the costs of trying to provide a lot of equipment that you think will help your child learn such as scooters, push toys and tricycles, because a running bike is all you need to teach the basics in balance and coordination.

Where To Find A Strider Bike On Sale
