I am really good at understanding other people's point of views and meanings.
It's really easy for me to be able to let other people kind of be themselves when they are around me.
I like to learn about the kinds of things that other people like to think about and do.
It's really fun to get inside somebody else's head for a while and I get to play around.
People come to me for advice and always want to know how I am so good at being able to let people have their time in the sun.
How am I so good at letting people open up and reveal themselves to me? It's very simple and I am going to tell you.
I've gotten it all down to just three easy steps.

• Know yourself inside and out.
  You must know everything about yourself.
  You must have all your corners clean and be in good standing with your own self in order to be able to handle other people and their brilliance or stupidity.
  
• Be confident.
  You've got to be confident in your ability to still be yourself even when somebody else is talking about their stuff.
  This allows your to remain the person that you are while letting them be the person that they are.
  
• Be happy.
  it's nice to be able to let other people relate to you.
  Enjoy the process of having other people open up to you.
  Be open minded to what they are doing and you'll like it!

I always give these essentials to people when they want to learn to be more broad in their understanding of people and things and the world.
Go ahead and do it! I am very good at having people with me and around me.
Perhaps I am a leader.
But I do know that by being as strong as I am, I am enjoy my life!
