How to Become a Tattoo Artist in "The Sims 3"

1). Go to your Sim's home or, if your Sim has the stylist career, go to their salon. Enter "Buy" mode and select the "Special" category.
2). Buy one of two tattoo chairs. The cheapest chair, the Ink-In-Comfort 3000, costs 600 simoleons. The Digital Tattoo Applicator costs 3,120 simoleons. Place the tattoo chair anywhere in the home or salon.
3). Invite neighbors to your home or salon and wait for them to ask for a tattoo. Click on the chair and click "Offer Tattoo" if you do not want to wait. If you live with other Sims, it is possible to take control of them. To make them ask for a tattoo, click on the tattoo chair.
4). Pick the spot where you want to apply the tattoo in the Tattoo Editor window. Select the basic tattoo image. If desired, change the colors and size of the image. Click the blue check mark when you are done to apply the tattoo.
