How to Get the Vulture, a Resident in "Viva Pinata"

1). Open the inventory and take out the sand packet. Cover your garden with 15 percent, or 15 pinometers, of sand.
2). Attract a Crowla to your garden. Transform a Sour Crowla into a normal Crowla, by feeding it one bottle of medicine and placing a birdbath in the garden. Alternatively, if a normal Crowla comes into the garden, have it eat two Lickatoads to turn it into a resident.
3). Buy two bones from the produce section of Costolot's store. Bones cost 500 coins each.
4). Select the Dessert Desert from the list of realms, to travel there. Buy one trap, or if you want to maximize your chances of capturing a Vulchurro, buy several. Place the traps anywhere you want.
5). Buy one chili for each trap you set. Put a chili in each trap as bait. When a Vulchurro wanders into the trap, close the door to catch it.
6). Return to your garden with the trapped Vulchurro. Release the Vulchurro into the garden. When it eats two bones and the Crowla, the Vulchurro turns into a resident.
