Caffeine As a Cellulite Remover - Cellulite Myth?

With a variety of cellulite creams in the market that use caffeine to allegedly remove cellulite, can this caffeine factor actually do some good and help in cellulite removal? Can these creams that do contain caffeine actually work well, and provide women with cellulite problems with a cheaper alternative to expensive medical procedures? We try and see if caffeine-based cellulite creams actually work and do their magic.
How Caffeine is Supposed to Work In general, caffeine is supposed to first slow the formation of fat cells beneath the skin, and then increase fat burning in the cells when absorbed.
This means that the irritating and unsightly cellulite found around your thighs, buttocks, and pelvis area is reduced, if not totally eliminated.
This results in no more "orange peel," and firmer suppler skin.
This is what should happen ideally if the caffeine-based creams worked.
The reaction of caffeine with the fat cells beneath the skin is what is crucial, and if what is mentioned above actually occurs, then the products should work.
No Clear Proof The problem is that caffeine is not the only component in the various creams that are in the market today.
What's more is that women's magazines and small independent studies are now making claims of success in their numerous formulations of cellulite creams containing caffeine.
They say that their products work based on their tests.
But this is nothing but biased marketing.
What company in their right mind would produce a product ready for the market and say that they are not sure if it will work? But if these companies are asked whether proper scientific trials have been made, and it was actually proven that caffeine does remove cellulite none have indicated that this is true.
At best you have inconclusive results making it simply irresponsible to make false claims of success in the first place.
Save your money Considering the current financial crisis that the world is facing today, these cosmetics companies that produce caffeine-based creams and claim that it works are just in it for the money.
For now, experts suggest to just wait for cellulite creams that actually work, and have actual experiments with the proper trials made in order to solidly support their claims.
While waiting for the caffeine based cellulite cream, you might as well get some exercise to burn the fat away.
You have won half the battle just knowing what cellulite is, it is fat, and the natural way to get rid of fat was always to move about and be active.
Of course, in line with this is avoiding fatty foods and eating right.
This is good because you won't have to shell out money to do simple exercise routines, nor to prepare well balanced meals for yourself, and maybe even for your family.
Take this opportunity while waiting for your miracle cream to come out to find other solutions to your cellulite problem.
You may not even need the creams anymore since, when they are finally released, you might have lost the cellulite already.
Well for now, caffeine based cellulite creams are not what they claim to be, so it is best to avoid them like the plague.
