Carts can hold 2 - 4 persons.
Drive off of main street and go exploring through some of the back streets or the Western part of the island.
You might even spot some of the fishermen coming in with fresh catch.

BIRD WATCHING One of the most exciting things is that on Caye Caulker, you don't have to go looking for birds -- they come looking for YOU! But seriously, you don't need any special equipment, gear, or clothing to go bird watching.
Just stop at the Cayeboard Connections Internet and Bookshop and pick up a copy of a bird watching guide.
Then ride your bike or take a walk down to the South side of the island and see how many different varieties of birds you can spot.
Alternatively, you can stop in at Kokomo's near the water taxi docks to check if Shaquille or Harry are heading over to the Caye Caulker Forest Reserve on the North island.

SCUBA DIVING Are you a SCUBA diver or have you ever wanted to try it? Great! You couldn't have picked a better spot to do it.
With over 175 miles of reef along the Eastern seashore, Belize is blessed with some amazing diving.
Some of the local dive shops such as Frenchie's Diving, Belize Diving Services, Black Durgon, Big Fish Dive Shop, or Scuba Sensation offer half day Discover Scuba courses to the uninitiated.
You get into the water and dive on the very first day.
SCUBA courses are offered to anyone 10 years or older.
If you are a certified diver, there is a breathtaking array of dives that you can do.
Contact any of the dive shops for up-to-the-minute information as weather plays a big role in determining dive destinations.

SNORKELING Snorkeling is another one of those amazing underwater activities you can do at any age.
You do not even need to know how to swim.
As snorkeling involves passively observing the marine life, preferably from sea level, wearing a life jacket for buoyancy and safety is quite fine.
Shark and Ray Alley near the reef directly in front of the island is a great spot to learn to snorkel.
The water is usually calm, and the area is littered with a steady parade of sting rays, nurse sharks, and friendly fish.
Your friendly guide might even bring one for you to pet.
Snorkel shops such as Anwar Tours and Anda de Wata Tours offer almost daily trips at reasonable prices.

SAILING Sailing is one of the most enjoyable of past times.
It is literally paradise to float on top of crystal clear waters glistening like diamonds in the sun, while you breath in the delicious salt air, and enjoy the cool sea breeze caressing your skin.
When this is done at sunset, it is heavenly.
