4G Cell Phones Affect Your Brain and Your Breasts

have been warning my patients for almost 10 years now about the effects of EMF's and cell phone radiation. When I was on my personal healing journey with Breast Cancer, I discovered that I was very electro-sensitive to EMF's. The deeper I dug into the research, the more apparent that this serious problem needed to be talked about.

If you listen to the evening news and mainstream media, you will NOT hear the truth about the damaging effects of EMF's. One of my favorite studies is the Bio-Initiative Report. The report is the result of 29 independent scientists and health experts from around the world* examining the risks from wireless technologies and electromagnetic fields over a 12 year period.. Their conclusion:

€Bio-effects are clearly established and occur at very low levels of exposure to electromagnetic fields and radiofrequency radiation. Bio-effects can occur in the first few minutes at levels associated with cell and cordless phone use. Bio-effects can also occur from just minutes of exposure to mobile phone masts (cell towers), WI-FI, and wireless utility €smart' meters that produce whole-body exposure. Chronic base station level exposures can result in illness.€

Here is a list of scientifically validated side effects from EMF exposure:
--Abnormal gene transcription
--Gene toxicity and single-and double-strand DNA damage
--Stress proteins being produced
--Loss of DNA repair capacity in human stem cells
--Reduction in free-radical scavengers - particularly melatonin
--Neurotoxicity in humans and animals
--Carcinogenicity in humans
--Serious impacts on human and animal sperm morphology and function
--Effects on offspring behavior
--Effects on brain and cranial bone development in the offspring of animals that are exposed to cell phone radiation during pregnancy

A more recent study published in the journal Clinical Neurophysiology found that just 30 minutes on a cell phone changes the brain activity on both sides of the brain.

Women especially need to pay attention to the effects of EMF on their melatonin production.

Melatonin is classified as a Cytotoxic hormone that has anti-estrogenic properties. In other words, when there is a sufficient amount of melatonin being produced, it inhibits the growth of estrogen-receptor positive breast cancer cells. However, when cells are exposed to EMF's from cell phones, the effect of the melatonin on Breast Cancer cells is greatly reduced.

According to David E. Blask, MD, PhD, a widely acclaimed expert in cancer biology, €Nighttime Melatonin is a relevant anticancer signal to human Breast Cancers. Ninety percent of human Breast Cancers have specific receptors for this signal.€

Melatonin inhibits cancer cell proliferation and causes Breast Cancer cells to self-destruct.

I know we can't live in a bubble because EMF's are everywhere!! So how do you protect yourself and your family? By applying EMF guards on your cell phone, your electronic devices and in your car. You can also wear protection in the form of pendants that €shield€ and protect your body's bio-field from the onslaught of electro-pollution.

Make your bedroom a sanctuary for restful sleep. Remove all electronic devices from your bedroom, especially cell phones and WIFI routers. Protect your brain and your breasts by being proactive and aware of EMF's and the effect they have on your health.
