- 1). Select the title you wish to play. Click on the area where you wish your character to move using your mouse. Alternatively, use the arrow keys on your keyboard to navigate.
- 2). Click the right button of your mouse to bring up a selection of options to interact with your surroundings.
- 3). Click on the action you wish to take. Select "Look at" to bring up the items that can be examined. Select "Open" or "Close" to open or close drawers, chests or doors. Select "Take" and the item you wish to take. Alternatively, use the command line interface at the bottom of the game window to enter instructions. For example, type "look at car keys" in the opening scene of "Police Quest" to be given a description of the car keys.
- 4). Press "Control" plus "5" on your keyboard to save current progress.
