No Xplode Tips

    • Based on your workout schedule, determine when you will drink N.O.-Xplode. BSNonline.net suggests that you should mix 1-3 scoops with water approximately 30-45 minutes before a workout. This will give your body enough time to incorporate the energy-inducing vitamins and minerals and have you ready for your workout. After 30 minutes, check your tolerance and add an additional scoop if you need it.

    • Consume N.O.-Xplode on an empty stomach. This could be first thing in the morning, two hours after a large meal or one hour after a small meal. The ingredients in N.O.-Xplode can lose effectiveness if mixed with certain nutrients, so you would do well to consume it by itself.

    • The best way to mix N.O- Xplode is to shake it in a water bottle. Stirring it in a glass of water will leave it somewhat clumpy and not satisfying. Make a small funnel with a piece of paper, place it in the top of a water bottle, and slowly pour the powder into the bottle. Make sure you have enough room for the powder to fit into the bottle. Recap the bottle and shake it until you see no clumps.

    • BSNonline.net says you should consume one scoop of N.O.-Xplode on your non-training days to keep your body energized and your metabolism high. BSNonline.net suggests that after you use N.O.-Xplode for 12 weeks you should discontinue use for four weeks so you won't become dependent.

    • Do not consume more than three scoops of N.O.-Xplode at one time. Also, you may want to drink it earlier in the day, well before your bedtime. It has high caffeine content and it can interfere with sleep. If you work out later in the day, drink only one scoop an hour or two before your work out. The effects should wear off by the time you go to sleep.
