- 1). Pour 1 cup of distilled water into a spray bottle with an adjustable nozzle.
- 2). Add 1 cup of grain alcohol and shake the mixture well.
- 3). Squirt in 15 to 20 drops of your favorite scented oil and shake the bottle to distribute the oil. Add in different oils to create your own personal scents.
