End System Processes

• 1). Press the "Ctrl," "Shift" and "Esc" keys at the same time to start the Windows Task Manager.
  
  
• 2). Click on the "Processes" tab and select "avm.exe."
  
  
• 3). Click on the "End Process" button and close the window.
  
  

Delete Registry Entries

• 1). Go to the "Start" menu and click on "Run."
  
  
• 2). Type "regedit" in the search field and click on "OK" to start the Windows Registry Editor.
  
  
• 3). Find and delete the following registry entries: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\AntivirusMaster" and "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Uninstall\\AntivirusMaster."
  
  
• 4). Close the Registry Editor.
  
  

Remove Files and Folders

• 1). Go to the "Start" menu and click on "Search."
  
  
• 2). Check the "All Files and Folders" option and select the hard drive from the drop-down menu.
  
  
• 3). Type "avm.exe" in the search line and hit "Enter." Delete all of the search results.
  
  
• 4). Repeat step 3 for "AntivirusMaster.exe," "AntivirusMaster.url," "avm.cpl," "install_4683_mhwznxwwfhx8fhx8fhw_.exe," "antivirus master.lnk" and "avm."
  
  
• 5). Restart your computer.
