"Mortdecai" International Trailer Starring Johnny Depp

Mortdecai is based on the book series written by Kyril Bonfiglioli (the novel "Do not point that thing at me" in particular), and Depp stars as Charles Mortdecai, an art dealer who is as dubious as curly mustache on face. Therefore, problems soon followed when Charles was recruited by the British government to locate and recover a stolen painting that may contain some very valuable, waiting to be exploited secrets.
Gwyneth Paltrow co-stars in Mortdecai as Johanna, "woman impossible leggy" Charles "(as the official synopsis says), and new television ads for the bank of the film largely a joke where he is disgusted facial hair of her husband. most Mortdecai images that have been included in the accumulation of marketing of the film has revolved around slapsticky jokes like, which have been strung together to give a better idea of the kind of cartoon, irreverent the tone of this crime / comedy is pointing.

Mortdecai director is David Koepp, who is known for great command sequences tentpoles like Jurassic Park and Spider-Man. As helmsman, however, Koepp's films tend to sell less tickets, although usually make decent (if not all) entertainment genre taken on its own terms (see: The last step, Secret Window, Premium Rush). Mortdecai could also desperately trying to be surreal for its own good, but it could be worse for a film release in January.
The mustache, restricted to the usual standards makeup frills Depp really is crucial to Moretdecai.
Charlie Mortdecai is the hero of a novel in the trilogy by Kyril Bonfiglioli. First Character globetrotting adventure film inspired by several books, but the main base here is the first book, entitled The Great Mystery Mortdecai mustache.
For the official synopsis, setting Mortdecai sounds like this: "Juggling some angry Russians, the British MI5, his wife impossibly long legs and an international terrorist, elegant art dealer and part-time Charlie rogue Mortdecai must traverse the world armed only with his good appearance and special charm in a race to recover a stolen painting rumored to contain the code for a lost bank account full of Nazi gold ".
Gwyneth Paltrow plays the "impossibly leggy wife" who hates' stache Charlie, while Olivia Munn is a seductive with ulterior motives and Ewan McGregor is the lawman in the queue Mortdecai. Paul Bettany, Jeff Goldblum, Aubrey Plaza, and Oliver Platt all appear on Mortdecai too. Bettany actually plays a character named Jock Strapp, which tells us much about the tone of Mortdecai.
After a series of commercial failures, Depp re-teams here with David Koepp, who directed him in Secret Window a decade ago. Koepp delivered a live action film with his latest directorial Premium Rush, and hopefully the meaning of this game keeps animated film Mortdecai.
Koepp contributed to a script for which Eric Aronson and Peter Baynham is also credited.
The co-writer and past director's written work includes Jurassic Park, Spider-Man, Mission: Impossible, and War of the Worlds. He is best known as a writer blockbuster director, and he has written his efforts as previous principal.
Depp could use a hit action comedy, especially after his shift painfully affected as a hunter of monsters French Canadian Guy Lapointe in Fang Kevin Smith. After this year in the forest, which is becoming well with the Disney Alice in Wonderland 2: Through the Looking Glass and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.
Mortdecai might be a little strong capers that makes most of the eccentricity and charisma Depp, however. We'll see when the film opens Stateside on January 23, 2015.
If you're starting to wonder if Johnny Depp is to collect all his films based on how ridiculous that allow it to look, Mortdecai not do much to dispel that notion. Depp tops the caper comedy as "gentle art dealer and part-time Charlie Mortdecai rogue", which is responsible for tracking a paint something some Nazi gold. It does not matter, because the whole movie is really just an excuse for Depp to sport a mustache / fake accent combo that rivals that of Tusk. Watch the latest trailer Mortdecai after the jump.
Depp has always been good at interpreting extreme characters, but lately it seems that's all you're interested in doing. Within minutes of Transcendence in which had to play a relatively normal human being have some of the least convincing performance I've seen on screen throughout the year. (The rest of it was also very weak, but for different reasons.) Personally I think Depp schtick is getting tedious, but your mileage may vary.
If you're still in it, Mortdecai boasts a strong cast including Gwyneth Paltrow, Paul Bettany, Ewan McGregor, Jeff Goldblum, Oliver Platt, Aubrey Plaza, and Olivia Munn. And if you're not, well, there's always next year Black Mass. Now that Johnny Depp is wearing a fake bald head and (presumably) Boston accent, but at least Sporting false claws, white makeup loaded or a dead bird on his head.
Charles Mortdecai character was created by the late author Cyril Bonfiglioli, the latter eccentric character should be brought to the screen in the life of Johnny Depp in the upcoming Makabr.Treyler was released from the film before its theatrical debut earlier 2015 and while the footage that includes himself a brief appearance of a number of notable cast members support, this clip is more important show Depp.

Judging by the first screening of the film, Depp's performance can best be summarized as part of Depp for his usual eccentric antics, some of Peter Sellers Inspector Clouseau - forgetting how Mortdecai and general stupidity that often leads gag quid or subsequent physical slapstick comedy. In fact, Mortedecai director David Koepp (Premium Rush), seems, in fact, made a film about Pantera Rosa modern with a different name (and more adult remake and sequel with Steve Martin humor, launched in the early 2000).

This is not necessarily a bad thing, mind. Depp is not stepping exactly when outside your your bridge during Mortdecai reproduction, but the lack of character of intelligence makes it even more interesting possibility that the closing laps Depp in films like Dark Shadows and Lone Ranger - Movies where Depp played the characters lack depth outsiders, who played in the previous films received more. Again, not entirely Mortdecai has a rich person, but at least there's part of the joke.
