Use real photos.
These might be of you working, you and your team together.
These have much better impact than stock images and help your face become familiar.

Add a video on your website.
You can welcome people to your website and introduce yourself and your company.
You can tell them about a new service you are now offering.
It doesn't have to be long and is easily done on your mobile, webcam or video recorder.

Add your story.
Giving the background of your business and how it started really resonates with customers.
Did you start as a young apprentice and took a leap into creating your own business? Are you a family run business? A husband and wife team? Have you come against the odds? Your real story makes it easier to get to know you, like you and trust.
This is great for building customer relationships.
4.
Add your authentic and natural tone.
In your website/blog and social media text add your tone to text.
Use the same tone that you use when talking to people by using words that are familiar and that come naturally to you.
If you don't use complex words when chatting then don't use them in your text.
The more 'real' you come across the better.
