  Niagara Falls remains one of the hottest tourist attractions in North America. A number of newly built or renovated hotels and resorts can be found, especially on the Canadian side of the falls, with special packages that can include tours of the falls and other attractions in the area. Americana Resort

• The Americana Resort can be found along Lundy's Lane at the western edge of the Canadian city, four miles from the falls. More than 200 guest rooms are available, including nearly 50 suites. Rooms can include one or two queen beds, in-room movies and video games, microwaves and refrigerators; suites can come with one or two bedrooms, spa tubs, fireplaces ad balconies, and kiddie suites with bunk beds are available. The hotel includes an indoor water park, whirlpool tubs, fitness room, full-service spa, outdoor basketball and volleyball courts and shuttles to the falls. Jack Tanner's Grillhouse is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a menu that includes steaks and ribs. Packages are available that include helicopter tours, IMAX movies and tours of attractions like the Bird Kingdom.

Fallsview Casino Resort

• The Fallsview Casino Resort is located right next to the Falls near Victoria Park. Deluxe rooms are available with views of the falls or the city, along with one king or two double or queen beds, in-room safes and free wireless Internet; diplomat and parlor suites can come with sofa beds, extended living space and whirlpool tubs. The Spa offers massages, manicures, facials, body wraps and other services. The fitness center includes cardiovascular equipment, an indoor pool, steam room and sauna. The casino includes a poker room, table games like Blackjack and Roulette and more than 3,000 slot machines. Niagara Falls Hilton Fallsview

• The Hilton Fallsview is right along the falls with New York's Goat Island visible from across the water. Rooms can come with two queen beds or one king, views of the falls or the city, pay-per-view movies and wireless Internet access. Junior, studio and deluxe suites are available with one or two bedrooms, and some feature whirlpool tubs. The hotel includes a swimming pool with water slides, fitness room, video arcade and sightseeing tours of the falls. The on-site restaurants include a breakfast buffet, cocktail lounge, Brazilian steakhouse and Romano's Macaroni Grill. "Bed and breakfast" and "Romance" special packages are available.
