- 1). Visit the Real Property Assessment Database at the website of the D.C. Office of Tax and Revenue.
- 2). Enter the street number and street name in the appropriate text boxes.
- 3). Use the pull-down menus to select the "Thoroughfare" type (street, avenue, court, etc) and the quadrant of the city (NW, NE, SW or SE) in which the property is located.
- 4). Click "Search Now" to display a list of all properties at the address you entered.
- 5). Find the unit number for the condominium in which you are interested. The latest assessed value of the unit is shown on the right of the listing.
- 6). Click the link for additional information on the condominium, including the current owner and taxes paid on the unit.
