- 4 medium potatoes, peeled
- 1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt (not fat-free)
- 6 tablespoon milk (warmed slightly in the microwave)
- 1 1/2 tablespoon butter
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Cut peeled potatoes into quarters. Place potatoes in large pot and cover with water. Cover. Cook potatoes over medium heat until soft. Drain potatoes.Mash potatoes with a potato masher. Add yogurt, butter and a little of the milk.
